Fall Plaid Fabric Pumpkins

This year I am making my pumpkins out of plaid fabric which is an Amazon fabric bundle of fat quarters. The fabric is a thin cotton perfect for these craft projects. I am using my own pattern and one from Etsy but since I no longer have any real stems, I am making them out of burlap.

Love the plaid pumpkins in a wooden bowl with the pinecones and the coffee table runner. I have taught this pattern so many times but it is basically a rectangle that you sew up the 2 short sides and then gather the bottom. The smaller flat pumpkin is found here on Etsy
