Halloween Diy Decor with Stencils
Are you ready for some Halloween Diy Decor using Stencils? I’ve got 5 projects here that are all easy diy home decor projects with the Halloween theme. First up is one of two Halloween throw pillows. I’ve had this stencil for years and I don’t remember where I bought it but I have linked a few below so you can get something similar. The pillow cover I used is the one below and they are super, I will be buying more of these because they work great for ink or paint! That chair was on the side of the road for a very long time and pretty weathered so a bit of Wise Owl Paint in “Bird of Paradise” and she’s a gem.

You will probably already have most of these products and craft supplies but just in case, I have linked them all individually to my Amazon link and I also created a curated list on my Amazon Store for Halloween Craft Project Staples! Have Fun Creating!
*As a small business we often use links to share products we use but don’t sell. We earn a small commission on any items you purchase but it doesn’t cost you any more. We will always identify these items and be assured these are items we use in our work too!
Happy Halloween Pillow
I found this remnant at JoAnn’s the other day and I was so excited almost a full yard, .88, of orange outdoor fabric. Now was my opportunity to try to paint on acrylic fabric. I used a stencil from Amazon and a pom pom mini fringe and I love how it came out. You can watch the whole tutorial for all 5 diy Halloween Decor Projects on YouTube. I have linked to all the products. If you use the Liquitex fabric medium with acrylic paint it becomes a fabric paint which you don’t have to heat set. LOVE THAT!

The mini pom pom fringe has a small edge to sew down but it sure makes a big difference on the finished pillow.
Halloween Gift Bags

Another super simple project to stencil using the stencils above and these gift bags from Amazon which I buy by the 100’s so I always have a little gift bag to stencil or stamp and gift!
Here’s another super simple Halloween diy decor with stencils. I stencil these bags and use them as gifts at my shows. They are pretty sturdy and perfect for Trick or Treaters! I used some of the stencils above that I linked to and I am linking to the bags which are another staple I like to have on hand when I want to personalize a gift bag.

Halloween Tags / Bookmarks
These tags are my own design and you can download a page of 6 HERE. I use card stock and print to fill the page on my Epson copier. I then cut them out and punch the hole with a hole punch. If I want them to be super sturdy, I glue two together and then add my ribbon or twine. I have a bunch of these available for the Trick or Treaters and they always want to take one. hint- I also spray the page with a sealer before I cut them out so the black ink doesn’t run.

So there are 5 easy diy projects for Halloween for you to choose from. I have linked everything that I used to make it easier and save you time so you can get right to creating! Have Fun and all of these projects are super fun to do with kiddos! If you create any of these projects, please let me know in the comments and have a happy Halloween! We love comments!
